Samantha is the founder and Managing Attorney of Solvin Law and Solvin Consultancy, where focuses on corporate and securities law, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise extends to serving as outside general counsel and consultant to diverse clientele, including private funds, impact investment managers, institutional investment advisers, and broker-dealers. Prior to founding Solvin Law and Solvin Consultancy, Samantha practiced as a Senior Attorney at Meris PLLC and Virtus LLP, serving broker-dealers, investment advisers, and entrepreneurs raising capital. She also worked alongside the outsourced chief compliance officer at Meris Consultancy and Virtus Consulting for several of the firm's clients.

Samantha has cultivated a diverse legal background encompassing both litigation and tax law. Samantha is an active member of The Florida Bar and is affiliated with The Florida Bar's Young Lawyers Section, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and engagement within the legal community. Samantha holds a Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M University College of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida.
